Personal data Sanda Camping receives
Sanda Camping has two sources of personal data based on § 8 of the Personal Data Act.
The main source is information you provide yourself, primarily through the contact form on Sanda Camping's website. The contact form serves as a meeting point between potential/existing customers and Sanda Camping. Filling out this form is entirely voluntary. Personal data collected via the form include phone number, email, and name.
After the contact form, additional personal information may be generated through email, phone, and similar correspondence between Sanda Camping and you as a potential/existing customer.
Another source is data collected by Sanda Camping itself through Google Analytics, which tracks how long you stay on the site, IP address, links clicked, number of users at different times, among other data.
How Sanda Camping uses personal data
The purpose of the contact form and subsequent correspondence is to follow up on inquiries and obligations towards customers. Sanda Camping depends on an open platform between itself and its customers to ensure satisfactory communication and final products.
The purpose of data from Google Analytics is to improve the website experience—for example, making layouts more user-friendly, understanding user trends, optimizing service delivery, and preventing criminal behavior such as hacking.
The legal basis for Sanda Camping’s processing of personal data is Personal Data Act § 11.
How to manage your personal data
Compared to other actors and online services, the limited personal data Sanda Camping collects is very marginal. Therefore, self-management features such as app settings or personalized advertising settings are not applicable. The collected data is not used for such purposes.
You always have rights related to your personal data as explained below.
Information sharing with third parties
Sanda Camping does not share any personal data from the contact form, its own collections, or other information with third parties. Should such sharing occur, you will always receive a consent request.
Secure archiving, deletion, and internal control
According to Personal Data Act § 13, all personal data received by Sanda Camping will be securely archived via email or server as long as the relationship between you and Sanda Camping lasts. After termination, all communication and personal data will be deleted within two years.
Sanda Camping has internal control to ensure archiving, security, and deletion comply with goals and legal standards.

Any personal data left by children will be deleted as soon as Sanda Camping becomes aware.
